If you have a need to get down and get your dance on, this class is for you! It's upbeat urban flavor of music style is a great session for you and friends, and make new ones, to come have fun and bond closer through dance. The environment is encouraging and non-judgmental so that everyone is free to have fun! Maybe you want to show off your latest moves to post on your social media, or set a personal goal for trying something new. Wherever you are on your journey, this is a great pick to jump in and just dance! Class will begin with a light warm up and conditioning, a line dance to loosen up the feet and have fun with one another, then go into learning a choreographed dance and do "show offs" the end.
