Vinyasa Flow with Caroline
Wednesdays | 7:30am
This class is a 45-50 minute vinyasa flow designed to gently transition you from the comfort of your bed to whatever chaos lies ahead. Appropriate for all levels of experience and practice, we will quiet the monkey mind, strengthen the body through traditional poses, and learn together to stay in and enjoy the present moment. Fill your water bottle, find a quiet corner, and meet us (virtually and safely) on the mat.

This class is held on Zoom. The link will become available through the Eventbrite page 1 hour before the class begins.
About Caroline:
Caroline Cole is a Dallas native, creative entrepreneur, teacher, actor, writer and long-time lover and supporter of Arts Mission. A practicing yoga for over 15 years, she’s observed that integrating yogic principles and techniques into daily life keeps her stress levels in check and anxiety at bay while staying physically active and mentally present, making it much easier to pursue an often unpredictable career in the arts. Caroline has trained with Michelle Young of My Vinyasa Practice and is a certified yoga therapist (CYT), as well as a 500-hour registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance. Outside of Arts Mission, she works with private clients, creating individualized plans for those wishing to dive deeper into yoga practice and principles, and/or struggling with anxiety, depression and other issues. To book a private session, see her calendar here. To practice together as a community – tune in Wednesdays at 7:30 am virtually at Arts Mission.
