This class is a 45-50 minute vinyasa flow designed to gently transition you from the comfort of your bed to whatever chaos lies ahead. Appropriate for all levels of experience and practice, we will quiet the monkey mind, strengthen the body through traditional poses, and learn together to stay in and enjoy the present moment. Fill your water bottle and meet us outdoors on the mat.
Please bring your own mat, water bottle, and sun protection.
