AMOC Garden Yoga with Lauren

Sundays @ 12pm

This yoga class is a space for collective and connective care through embodied movement. We explore breath, physical postures, meditation, and play in order to practice staying present and listen intentionally to our bodies and minds. Class is a hybrid of hatha and vinyasa yoga styles combined with various somatic exercises inspired by Lauren's training as a dancer.

Please bring your own mat, water bottle, and sun protection.
