Mindful Movement - Dynamic Stretching and Gentle Conditioning

A class incorporating dynamic stretching and gentle conditioning and to increase somatic awareness, flexibility, strength, and balance. The class incorporates the use of yoga poses, chairs, and therabands. The class moves slowly using repetition, simplicity, and imagery to foster a deeper mind-body connection. The goal of the classes are for you to get curious about and connected with your body so that you move more confidently through the world.
