Collective Reflection Movement Workshops: Fall Series

Oct 6, Nov 3, & Dec 8 | 1:30pm-3pm | Donation-based

Collective Reflection workshops offer improvisation-based dance and theatre exercises to help you find empowerment and new perspectives through movement. Here, dance is not something to learn or perform- it is an act of exploration and caring for our minds and bodies. Together we will use mindful movement to process emotion, connect to our bodies, and build community. Over the series, participants will be guided through body awareness meditations, contemporary dance techniques, gesture-based movement, and theatre exercises. This space is sometimes silly, sometimes serious, and always trying something new.

Workshops are open to all experience levels- whether you have never taken a dance class or are a full-time performing artist, you are welcome here! Just come ready to move your body! Join for one session or all 3!
