Restoration Day
We are coming together to refresh the spaces that support artists, neighbors, and creative work in Oak Cliff. Whether you are planting flowers, painting walls, or lending a helping hand behind the scenes, Restoration Day is about building something meaningful together.
About the Day:
Restoration Day is Arts Mission Oak Cliff’s inaugural volunteer event.
For one day, our community gathers to care for the building that has become a home for artists across the city. Together we will paint, plant, clean, repair, and restore spaces that hold rehearsals, performances, conversations, and new ideas.
Schedule of Events:
9:00 AM: Check-In and Kickoff Breakfast
10:00 AM: Building Restoration and Community Mural Painting
12:30 PM: Lunch Break
1:30 PM: Complete Building Restoration and Mural Painting
4:00 PM: Neighborhood Happy Hour - BYOLC (bring your own lawn chair)
5:00 PM: End of Day
