This class, taught by Ali Honchell, will have a focus on finding a deep sense of awareness based on breathe and exploration of each individual’s natural movement. Improvisational techniques will be emphasized in order to create a creative environment to grow in. Class will involve a lot of moving, exploring, and fun!  Ages teen to adult and all levels are welcome to come. Get ready to move!
